What makes us special?
Premier Properties of Lexington, we are unique in delivering the highest level of customer service in the industry. We are not the “be all, to all” cookie-cutter type of real estate office. We provide you with the best possible experience when dealing with such emotional issues as buying or selling properties.
Here are just some of the actions we take to be the best we can:
- We live, work, and play where you want to vacation and visit!
- Every year, we are required to take a minimum of 6 hours of continuing education, with a minimum of 18 hours in every three-year cycle. Included in those hours are at least 2 hours of legal education, along with all updates in our industry. This keeps us updated and informed.
- We take the extra steps to be REALTORS® and renew our membership every year. This is an expense for each agent and for the office.
- Every three years, we are required to renew our Code of Ethics. Each agent must complete this continuing education in order for our office to renew as a whole.
- We belong to two multiple listing services to offer our sellers the fullest exposure to local and metro agencies for their listings. Each of our agents contributes to having this valuable access to as many listings as possible.
- We are “Small But Strong” in that we are large enough to have over 90 years of combined experience, yet small enough to provide individualized professional attention to each of our customers without hesitation.
- Our agents are full-time professionals, fully dedicated to their goals and achievements.
- Our office culture requires that our agents be great communicators, have a professional appearance and demeanor, be courteous and respectful, and provide the small, meaningful actions that produce great results.
